Nevada Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how PriMedical, Inc. and PriCare, Inc. d/b/a PriMed Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects "Consumer Health Data" under Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes (“NRS”).
Scope and Legal Exemptions
This policy applies exclusively to residents of Nevada and individuals whose Consumer Health Data is collected within the state of Nevada. Because we operate as a claims case management business, the vast majority of the health information we handle is completely exempt from this law under NRS 603A.510. This policy does NOT apply to:
- Workers' Compensation & Employment Data: Information processed, maintained, or used in the course of an employment relationship, including workplace injury claims, disability administration, and return-to-work coordination.
- Protected Health Information (PHI): Health data governed and protected by the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
- Other Regulated Health Information: Patient records, medical logs, or billing information governed by other applicable federal and state healthcare privacy regulations.
Categories of Consumer Health Data We Collect.
To the extent we collect or process data outside of the exemptions listed above (such as general questions, case inquiries, or feedback submitted through our public website), we may collect:
- Contact Information and Inquiries: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and any statements concerning health conditions, injuries, or treatments that you voluntarily enter into open text forms.
- Website Interactions: Online metrics or inferences regarding your interaction with our public website pages relating to our case management services.
Purpose of Collection and Use.
We collect and use this non-exempt data strictly to: Respond to your direct consumer inquiries about our claims management services. Provide, maintain, and secure the public functionalities of our online website.
Sharing of Consumer Health Data.
We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share consumer health data with third parties or corporate affiliates unless you provide explicit opt-in authorization, or where sharing is strictly necessary to fulfill a specific service request you have initiated.
5. Your Nevada Consumer Privacy Rights.
If your information falls within the scope of Nevada's law (and is not excluded by the exemptions in Section 1), you hold the following statutory rights:
- Right to Confirm: Verify whether we are collecting, sharing, or processing your consumer health data.
- Right to Access: Obtain a list of all third parties or affiliates with whom your data has been shared.
- Right to Delete: Request the deletion of your consumer health data from our active records.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Revoke previously granted permissions for the collection or sharing of your data.
- Right to Appeal: Request a review if we deny your consumer rights request.

We will verify your identity and respond to your request within 45 days.
To direct us not to sell covered information, Nevada residents may submit a request through our designated request form. That request is separate from the consumer health data rights above.
